Research On Qualities Promotion Of The Poor Students In Colleges And Universities For Nationalities

The problem of the poor students occurs in the development process of the national economy and education. The number of the poor students in colleges and universities for nationalities will still increase in a long future time. Long-time poverty has a deep effect on the people who suffers from it. Being a structural problem, the problem of the poor students can not be solved only by economic support. A better countermeasure to this problem is to promote their qualities, advance their comprehensive development, and to enhance their abilities and possibilities to get resources.The paper contains five parts. Meanwhile, it is a systematic and lasting project, so we must pay attention to it persistently.
