The insole kinematical data of one step of skating and one step of huaban are obtained by pressure system of Footscan Insole. The people examined are young male skaters of middle-long distance race and all they came from Jilin Province physical school. We contrast the dynamic forces and dynamic pressures parameters of the two conditions. The main purpose is to confirm the reasonablity and feasibility of huaban supplemental training. The main conclusion from research:Dynamic is the most important factor of movement effect. Usually skating dynamic-time curve of single stance phase displays a shape of two peaks. Often the second peak is more gentle and higher than the first. On the contrary, dynamic-time curve of huaban supplemental training of single stance phase displays a shape of several peaks. The second one is more steep than the other one.The difference is obvious between skating and huaban supplemental training in one stance phase. Thus, length of the huaban should be curtail for the stance phase and cadence are closed between skating and huaban supplemental training;peak pressure and average pressure of huaban supplemental training is higher than skating.so,in my opinion, huaban supplemental training is beneficial for skating in vertical force. It is no difference that the order of foot bottom different region to fall down the ground between skating and huaban supplemental training; heel region and outside midfoot region keep stress in the most of times ; transmission feature of huaban supplemental training is similar to skating, just heel region, midfoot and forefoot. the Parameter of Fmax,Average,Pmax,Impulse,LR and Comp display a common characteristic but there was some difference at different region in one step between huaban supplemental training and skating. Thus, skater should use one's most power in the inside of one's heel to enhance the validity of huaban supplemental training.
