Dynamic comprehensive evaluation is an important part of comprehensive evaluation research,with the increasing popularity of the Internet and the rapid growth of data,how to extract valuable data from large volume and complicated data quickly to better support decision making becomes an urgent and realistic problem.Therefore,the dynamic comprehensive evaluation research which focus on the aggregation of multi-phase information becomes more important in the real life.This research focus on the aggregation of dynamic evaluation data.A dynamic evaluation data aggregation method with approximate optimal feature is proposed which based on current relative research.What's more,the new method is applied into comprehensive evaluation and research on the economic development of Central China and the assessment of Jiangxi province graduates' innovation ability.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The evaluators' preferences of evaluation objectives' overall approximate optimal better developments is taken consideration in this research.In this paper,the distribution of dynamic evaluation information is considered when the data aggregated.Firstly,the improved grey incidence analysis method is used to measure the similarity of each time's evaluated objects' static evaluation value's difference to the best time series data's difference in order to compute the evaluated system's each time's optimal trending status.And integrates the decision makers' management mind of preferring time series' optimal data into time weights solving method;Then “Optimal degree” time weights solving method and the time weights solving method which integrates “time degree” and “optimal degree” are presented;Finally,an application analysis is made which illustrates new method's effectiveness and feasibility.(2)The new method is applied into the comprehensive evaluation of central China's economic development and the assessment of Jiangxi province graduates' innovation ability.Through the comparison of traditional TOPSIS's evaluation results,the new method's feasibility?effectiveness and stabilities are illustrated.(3)With the help of computer technology,the key steps of data processing are realized by MATLAB technology.These codes reduces the complexity of the practical application of the method,greatly improves the efficiency of data processing during the evaluation.
