Exploitable teaching is a good challenge which never appear before. So the request to the teachers is not longer to be familiar with the textbooks and teaching methods, accumulate teaching experience, improve teaching arts, consider the trend of the college entrance examination, but requires teacher to change fromteaching theory and knowledge construction, working ways and teaching behavior, but from the request of the exploitable teaching point, the quality of the whole army of teachers is not thought good at all.More and more students in middle school class, not enough library books for students to read. The big class will cause teachers will take less care of each student, the chance and time for students and teachers personally meet will be less. Meanwhile the increasing number of students will cause not enough classrooms, teaching equipments, teams experiments and library books can not meet the standard.There is less support for education, less atmosphere and conditions for students to join the social practice. At present, in our country, in the subjectively way, there is not such atmosphere and condition for students to be accepted to take part in the social practice; objectively, there is not enough expenditure planned to be used for the culture and education career, the less libraries, place of science for young and teenagers, museums, and library books are so limited, can not hold so many young and teenagers, and it takes money to enter, so it is very hard for students to have this resource. Students go to the society, this is their another class for them, but the society can not accept them with warm heart, if there is not place for students to learn society, then it cannot come true, even if the teaching designs is very good.Basing on my researching, I think the going ahead of the exploitable teaching is not only necessary but also possible. But the speed cannot be so fast.
