At present, the research and reform which about the children music in China are absorbing the advantages of the world children music education reform's theory and practice, probing the new children music education system that fits the growth development of children and China national state. In which the renewing of education concept should become the most important problem. We should start it from the development of children's whole quality, that is, the development of sociality, cognition, emotion and ability. We should regard the children music education as one of the impact element of the children whole quality development, try our best to develop music environment, music education aim, music teaching content and music teaching method that concern with the family and society for the aim of improving the children quality. How to lead the children to study the music well is the question for every music teacher to think it over.Everyone has the creation ability, all the health children have the different creation ability, but the ability should be trained correctly and impacted in the good environment and then get the development. The creation that was expressed by the children was restricted by the children physiology and psychology age. Such creation is inferior, but this is the foundation of other superior creations. The creation that expressed by the children is in the state of forming and developing period, it is still far away from the mature stage that was created by the adult.
