After-school coaching education has always been in co-existence with urban elementary education, which is a common social phenomenon. With the competitiveness of both entering a higher education and seeking employment being more and more severe, more and more after-school education classes spring up. Currently, such classes have subjects ranging from skill-developing of music, physical education, and arts to coaching courses of Chinese, Math, and English, etc. Survey shows present-day urban after-school elementary education has been a major supplement to urban education and the expense of some students'has gong far beyond their normal school education. The fast expanding business of after-school education has led to a series of social issues deserving discussion.It is true that there are too many problems for us to deal with under such an imperfect after-school education system. For instance, how much help these classes may provide for students or is the help greater than the burden or vice versa, which concerns school, parents and students as well. How to ensure the effectiveness of such education is a required course for parents of such students; how to control and regulate such a developing market is also an urgent issue for education administration departments and the government; how to give students a happy and colorful childhood needs the co-efforts of the entire society.I will discuss the topic in terms of summary, target analysis, problem and effectiveness analysis and advice.
