Science teachers with high quality are needed in elementary schools at the era of"Knowledge Economy". The problems of constructing elementary school teachers crop out in the new round of fundamental education curriculum reform.In the international competition intense 21century, the various countries all will educate the reform to take thenational modernization day by day the important link.The education quality height, the key is decided by the teachertroop's overall quality. The deepened education reform,comprehensively advances the education for all-around development, set the new higher request to the future Elementary school science teacher's quality.At present, the curriculum reform in the elementary education has come to experimental stage in most part of China. And the gravity of curriculum implementation has revealed itself increasingly. A group of teachers with high quality is suitable for the new course teaching is required to execute the new course successfully.So, the subject about the teacher's quality is has become a focus of concern increasingly. What is the present condition of the Elementary school science teacher's quality? What are the requirements for the teacher's quality is according to the science new curriculum? What are the effective ways through which teacher's quality can be improved? All these questions are urgent to be solved at present.We analyzed four respects of Elementary School Science teachers' qualities in this article, such as teaching idea, knowledge structure, ability structure and their body and mind. On the basis of this.consulting relevant documents, We investigated teaching idea,knowledge structure,ability structure and the teacher trained of Elementary school science teacher of Longjia town. Passes the questionnaire and the talk way, Combining several records of The elementary school science teacher's quality condition of Longjia town teachers' teaching, we analyzed the investigation result and got the recent qualities of The elementary school science teacher's quality condition of Longjia town.Through investigation discovery, There is certain difference between the request of course reform and the renewal of professional ethics.The Teacher's knowledge is short of and the most outstanding characteristic is"narrow","old". According to the request of new course reform, the teaching ability seems insufficienTherefore, in order to meet the study society's need, our countryteacher educational institution should take the lifelong study thoughtas the instruction, the overall plan considered the teacher educatesthe resources and the raise training plan, I below thought may take the measure to improve the elementary school scientific teacher's quality:First, attention lifelong study consciousness and the ability raise,constructs the construction long-term teacher self-education system;Next, Construct a teachers' continuing educational system,for improves the elementary school scientific teacher quality toprovide the safeguard; Finally, permits the minute use collated andcorrected copy the resources, the display collated and corrected copytraining superiority.We studied the quality of the Elementary school science teacher of Longjia town in 21st century in this article. Our purpose is to lies in the promotion toestablish the teacher which a science consummates and establish a perfect scientific structure so that the Science equality can be improved. We hope the new Science equality could meet the needs of the development in era and the course reform and we hope our study can establish the foundation for raising Science teaching equality of Countryside and training talent of high quality.
