Jiangsu Province, Elementary School Physical Education Teachers' Knowledge Structure And Culture Studies

Basic education curriculum reform and teacher professional development to optimize the knowledge structure of teachers put forward new requirements, however, these schools train teachers in primary school physical education and the teaching mode, whether the new curriculum requirements of practitioners in primary school PE teachers, worth exploring.Through literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and other research methods on the primary structure of knowledge and training of PE teachers were targeted research.Through literature research, combing the meaning of the knowledge structure of teachers, build a new elementary school PE curriculum framework for teacher knowledge structure; to 2010 in Jiangsu Province promulgated the relevant Physical Education College enrollment plan, based on Jiangsu Cultivation Primary School Physical Education Teachers in the survey, providing the current primary school sports teacher, Jiangsu Province, the cultivation of the status quo; by full-time elementary school physical education teachers in Nanjing Survey knowledge structure, objective analysis of the province of primary school physical education to the demand characteristics; and in 2010, Jiangsu Province, issued by the relevant institutions of physical education professional development programs, based on the sample schools through training plan in depth, multi-angle analysis and comparison of research to identify the similarities and presented to the curriculum, teaching content, teaching methods, suggestions for improvements.
