In modern age, the world is changing. Economics from knowledge is more important. The target for countries is to make each student have chances to develop themselves healthily and sufficiently. Developing and improving healthy personality is to be an education aim for all countries.With development of our socialist modernization, perform on elemental education, improving on our normality and culture, developing"SiYou"citizen, are our ultimate task in elemental education. How to be a good guy is hard-core and educating and developing on personality is concerned gradually for educators. But nowadays the situation in personality development for our youth is not adaptive to today's need. Through the website searching in data-base of national periodicals and excellent masters degree's articles, I find that even though there are many articles about studying personality and personality education most of them concern about personality education of college students and children, especially delving into theory and commonness. While that of middle school students on weltanschauung, philosophy and value and personality forming is less concerned. To students, school is a place for personality education, and classroom is right place for school education. Few study is concerned about how to make personality improvement healthily in course teaching. Education on ideology and morality is main path for school education and the critical question to be solved. What good do the education has for middle school students ? How to form wholesome personality ? This is the main subject of the essay.Based on the research of predecessors and guided by modern pedagogy, psychology, moral education, teaching methodology and sociology, the article is written by literatures and class teaching. It is concerned about the relationship between morality course and personality education, especially in the study in practical field. In the research it gives us five teaching strategies, which offer us some evidences and guidelines . These are the points of the text.The passage is divided into four parts.The first part is about personality and healthy personality. The definitions of them analyze their differences on five characters and influence on personality forming.The second part is concerned about the specialties and the types of personality of middle school students and the importance on personality development. First of all, it gives us detailed descriptions on students'personalities. They are extremely radical. And secondly it elaborates six types of healthy personality. They are knowledge-inclining, emotion-declining, will-trending, low intelligence and split personality. As a teacher, we should guide them to be healthy and perfect and devote themselves to socialist progress, national spirit's building and middle school teaching.The third part shows that the course then main path to be perfect and healthy personality. By analyzing the course's character, specialty and teaching aim, the text presents the task of how to be a good guy and how to develop a healthy personality. It also takes the teaching material from Hunan Normal University as an example to show the relationship between different subjects and personality education.The fourth part is about teaching study on ideological and moral education in the cultivation of personality of school students. It is the main point of the text so that there are five teaching strategies. Firstly, Strengthen personality education by using teaching materials. It is basic requirement for teachers. Secondly, carry out personality experience by open teaching way. Shaping of healthy personality is the procedure of making some social requirements and moral rules to be students'personalities. Thirdly, optimize learning method and accelerate personality formation. Encourage students to be active and ready to study and improve their ability in collecting and dealing with information or in obtaining, analyzing ,solving problems and co-operating. The fourth, build open and interactive teaching atmosphere and establish humanistic environment for healthy personality. In ideological and moral education, what the teachers do is to build an acceptable, supportive and tolerant teaching atmosphere, to establish a teaching environment for students to take part in it actively, to make them to be encouraged in equality, respect, belief, being understood and tolerance and to make their individualities free and open, their emotion rich and developing, and their ideology exchanged and improved. At last, impel healthy personality for students with perfect teachers'. In their eyes, teacher means knowledgeand becomes their good example in learning. The personality of teacher can help to turn"knowledge"into"behavior"in personality-shaping and promote their growth healthily.
