The advance of the Curriculum Reform and the rise of the School-based Curriculum, bring the thoughts of Schools Curriculum Leadership, and it gradually becomes the hottest issue among the Educational Academic Circles in China. As an important job of the Schools Curriculum Leadership (SCL), the Professional Development of Teachers (PDT) is crucial to the success of the School-based Curriculum, therefore, it is a significant act to research how the SCL advance the PDT under the background of the School-based Curriculum. This study use theoretical method, comparative method and so on to explore the thoughts and tactics that SCL may use to advance PDT. The study's main ideas as follows:Preface. Discusses the background and origin of the question for study, and the author's train of thought about the study.Chapter one, Firstly, this part introduce the concepts of the SCL, PDT and their chariteristics separately, then a scientific investigation called"the relationship of the SCL, Organization Cultrue and the PDT"reveal that, a good relationship between the SCL and the PDT has much to do with the development of the school-based curriculum. Meanwhile, betwwen SCL and PDT, SCL has a more important role, because it can effect PDT. So, it has more for SCL to do in the following chapters.Chapter two, the basic requirements. Analyze Schools Curriculum Leaders'concepts of teachers and PDT that required.Chapter three, explore the four aspects that SCL advance PDT.First part one, the individual developments of the teachers. This part explain the importance of the individual developments of the teachers, and point out that the SCL should give the teachers individual supports, and at the same time, help them to develop their ability of learning through actions.Part two, the developments of the teachers. This part also explain the importance of the collective developments of the teachers, then discuss how to improve it from good organization cultrue, learning activities and knowledge managements.Part three, the outward supports. Discuss the materials supports and environment supports that SCL should try to give the teachers in order to make them to work and interact smoothly under an era of reform facing challenges and difficulties.Part four, the inner supports. Discuss the teachers'feelings, pressures and thing they most have in mind, propose the strategies to effect their consciousness.Chapter four, the School-based training. Point out that the School-based training is the most effective way to accelerate the PDT, explore how the SCL build a fitting environment to abet it.
