Means of the questionnaire approach 5 points shows that the school climate is very good, the following is comparative good, ordinary, comparative bad, means of the questionnaire approach 1 point shows that the school climate is very bad. The study surveyed the perceived school climate and mental health of undergraduates by using the PSCI-U and SCL-90, and explored the relationship between the two variables. The result showed: 1. The PSCQ-U had finer reliability and validity, accord with the basic request in psychologic survey.2. Means of the PSCQ-U is 3.42 points, the Standard Deviation is 0.42.3. Perceived school climate of undergraduates in same colleges is remarkably difference in statistics(p<.01).4. The mental health of undergraduates is good, their mental health symptoms is not very fearful.
