The Studies Of The University's Educational Environment To Training Innovative Postgraduates.

University is the place to research knowledge and academic is the essential trait of university. Bringing up innovative postgraduates is the goal of our postgraduate education. The research activities of postgraduates are influenced directly and strongly by the university's educational environment.In the existing achievement, the deliberations on university's educational environment of innovative postgraduates are quite few. This article bases on the times characteristic and the social development altitude, combining the reality of reforms and development of high education, take the university's educational environment of training innovative postgraduates as subject investigated, conduct the discussion to the construction of the university's educational environment in this new period.This thesis is based on the academic in university, and this paper separates the university's educational environment into the university's substance environment, the academic research institution environment and the university's spirit environment in order to analyze the meaning of optimizating the university's educational environment and existing problems. In the meantime, it takes actions to solve these problems and constructs an ideal environment which is helpful to innovation activities of postgraduates.
