Research On Applied Arts Laboratory Building In University

Applied arts laboratory building in university is a new task, and itneeds us to pay more attention to. This building is designed to train thestudents' knowledge application capacity and practical ability, and then toraise their awareness of innovation, creativity and professionalism on thatbasis.This dissertation analyzes the history and status quo of applied artslaboratory building in university at first. And we find that the buildingawareness has enhanced and some fruits have achieved, however, theemphasis remains to be further improved and the ideas on building needto be further defined.In order to build applied arts laboratory, it is necessary to study thetheoretical basis. The building should follow principles of objective,modernity, sustainability and innovative, based on three fundamentalcharacteristics as integrated, open and cross-cutting nature and on thefunctions of teaching, research and serviceAccording to our university, the paper explores that how to buildapplied arts laboratory. This study considers that the universities shouldstrengthen the management and implementation of policy preferences,and raise funds through various forms and channels. At the same time, there is a need to train experiment technology and academic leaders.Finally, a systematic programming and project design about buildingapplied arts laboratory should be given and brought into effect.
