| With the establishment of socialist market economy system and theconstantly further reform of higher education, the higher education of ourcountry has been developed dramatically in recent years. Many newconflicts and problems, however, also arise at the same time, such as theissue of educational aid of poor college students. The article, based on theenlightenment from thinking over justice of education, ethically reflectson this issue from the perspective of "justice", explores ethical strategiesof providing poor college students with overall and coordinatededucational aid and audaciously ponders social and individual functionsof educational aid of poor college students.Chapter one defines "poor college students" mainly from ethicalconsideration of the educational aid of poor college students and thepresent situation in which poor college students are. Through analyzingpresent studies of poor college students in our country and comparingeducational aid both at home and abroad, the article points out thefeatures and embodiment of educational aid as an organic integrity andsuggests the theory of justice be theoretical base for educational aid.Chapter two classifies educational aid into economic aid,psychological aid, job aid and other forms of aid. By analyzing thefeatures of subjects and objects of all forms of aid, this chapter exploresthe ethical positioning of all aid forms and the integrative aims ofeducational aid can be realized under the guide of the theory of justice.Chapter three explores how to solve problems of educational aid ofpoor college students and truly practice the principle of justice based onthe present situation, and puts forward some ethical strategies of solvingeducational aid in terms of individuals, colleges and country as well assome concrete ethical practices.Chapter four ponders audaciously both social and individualfunctions of educational aid. |
