Dragon and lion dance is one of the excellent traditional sports which is widely popurlarded by chinese poeple generation by generation.But as such a popurlar sports which is not included in olympic games,the development of this sports comes across a lot of problems such as lack of competition attribute,organizetions and rules is still completed,short of fund etc.As a product of sports combining with market,sports clubs is come out fowllowing the development of market and the iterm itself,the decelopment of dragon and lion dance sports due to go its way of forming clubs. As a result,how to extended the dragon and lion dance sports club better,dicussing the administration mode of this clubs is a critical problerm of present time.By means of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview survey and cases analyzing,based on the the characterand development of present state,The article surveyed the existing state of dragon and lion dance sports clubs all over the country and case analyzed the typicalest club -Dragon and Lion Dance Club of China (Hunan provence) try to find the right administration mode of dragon and lion dance sports club in future ,provide some useful references for the development of the dragon and lion dance sports clubs.The article also comes into fowllowing concludings:(1)The development situation of dragon and lion dance sports is optimistic,but there are still some promblerms in its adapting to the development ofo our socal.(2)Nowadays development mode of chinese dragon and lion dance sports clubs is Still not good beacause of non-standard organizion,disorder administration and bad returns.(3)The execution of dragon and lion dance sports clubs is not optimistic beacause of platitudinal concept,dispropo-rtionate of different areas ,extend worksis not efficientive.(4)The development situation of Dragon and Lion Dance Club of China (Hunan provence)is not good yet because its double-identity administration mode,different administration mode should be used in the suggestions.(5)Reference the useful knowledges and theories related with the development of dragon and lion dance sports clubs,the administration mode of futureset should been set up,itmeansusing two administration mode:company mode and non-company mode.
