Building a socialist harmonious society is a significant strategic move put forward by the Central Committee of the Communist Party, which has not only injected fresh vigor and vitality into moral education in middle schools but also put a higher demand. According to a harmonious society, to strengthen and improve the work of moral education in secondary schools for students to lay a sound ideological and moral base is a glorious and arduous mission endowed by this new era, for which "harmonious morality education" should be put as a goal to pursue in middle school morality education. This paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter 1: The general introduction to harmonious education, including the historical development, connotation, the basic features and principles.Chapter 2: The connotation, features and principles of harmonious moral education. Harmonious moral education, as both a moral model and a moral value ideology, is the continuity and innovation of the comprehensive development education theory. It is a people-oriented ideology guided by the theory of all-round development in Marxism, taking the unity of meeting the needs of social development and the individual development as a starting point, helping the students develop harmoniously in aspects of knowledge and skills, process and methods, emotional attitudes and values through the coordination of all elements. It is a public, humanistic, empirical and life morality education, abiding by the principle of "closeness, triviality, practice and in person".Chapter 3: The reflection of the reality of disharmony in current middle school morality education. On the basis of experimental investigation, the characteristics of the morality disharmony are summed up and the reasons are analyzed.Chapter 4: The realization of harmonious morality education. The workers should promote morality harmony by updating educational concepts and valuing the construction of campus environment to guide students to ethical practice.
