PE And Feminine Personality Accumulation

Feminine is a significant force to create and facilitate social civilization. PE contains abundant and positive quality education elements, which plays a unique and irreplaceable role for feminine cultivation. PE is more practical than dogmatic lectures and can affect feminine physical and psychology more profoundly. In addition, due to the social function of PE, the implementation of feminine quality education in PE can shorten the role disparity and division in social works. This environment is propitious to the exertion of feminine characteristics so that they can create fresh value for society. This research specifies the relationship between various PE item and feminine personality to different latitude aspect of personality feature, which not only lays a solid foundation for the further research on the relationship between PE and human, but also makes for female to choose and join in PE sports more sensibly and actively based on her own physical condition so as to achieve the goal of PE interest cultivation and life-long exercise habit accumulation.This thesis targets feminine. It centers on the mutual relationship between various PE items and various latitude of feminine quality, probing into the influence on feminine personality exerted by PE. The research, adopting Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire as its investigation device, will be conducted in the form of experiment. The investigation object will be divided into PE population and non-PE population according to the exercise frequency per week. Investigation will be carried out in accordance with various population groups.The result shows:1. PE can optimize feminine personality effectively. Compared with non-PE population, PE population's features of gregariousness, intelligence, stability, vigorousness, excitement, perseverance, boldness, melancholy, independence, self-discipline, tenseness shows different degree of disparity.2. Diversified PE items can all exert certain influence on feminine personality, but each item exerts different degree of influence on specific element of feminine personality. Integrated group item, court-sharing group item, hard-to-demonstrate-beauty group item can have more salient effect on feminine personality.
