The comprehensive quality of the aerobics course is an important guarantee for the teaching quality of the course.The research on the framework structure of the comprehensive quality of the aerobics course can provide the direction for the development of the physical education teachers,promote the teachers to form a more specific professional pursuit,and promote the sustainable development of the aerobics course.And college girls are less common for physical exercise,and in sports aerobics class project is sports and the perfect combination of art and beauty,the teacher's good image temperament also has particularity,in the physical education teachers for their beauty and temperament beauty and pursuit of beauty,female college students in colleges and universities sports curriculum in aerobics class with high learning enthusiasm,fully tap,this characteristic,improve aerobics class PE teachers' comprehensive quality,image and external image,physical education teachers in colleges and universities university student sports interest to develop both will have a positive impact.Of this study is divided into five chapters,using the methods of literature study,expert interview method,Internet survey method and mathematical statistics to the nanjing 43 aerobics class to study the physical education teachers,and by different gender,age,title three dimensions has carried on the detailed comparative analysis,established the more adapt to the comprehensive qualities of PE teachers in nanjing colleges and universities aerobics class index evaluation index,a survey of nanjing university aerobics class status of PE teachers'comprehensive quality,and put forward Suggestions,through the analysis to solve the aerobics class sports teachers' comprehensive qualities existing problems.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)employers have a high entry threshold,and the teaching staff tends to be aging.In the physical education teacher structure of calisthenics in colleges and universities in nanjing,the absolute number of male and female teachers is obviously different,but the gender structure of teachers still basically meets the needs of the school and the project.College aerobics physical education teachers mainly have bachelor's degree and master's degree,and their jobs still attach importance to teaching and skills,supplemented by scientific research.The number of doctoral students and professors is relatively insufficient.Moreover,in recent years,the threshold for new physical education teachers in colleges and universities has been gradually raised.The physical education department of colleges and universities needs more scientific and research-oriented talents to join,and it is difficult for new blood to join.The age of physical education teachers of aerobics shows an aging trend.(2)basic professional quality is basically good and can meet the role needs.At present,the physical education teachers of calisthenics in colleges and universities in nanjing have good performance in the professional basic field.Most of the physical education teachers of calisthenics have good body shape and exercise ability,and can easily complete the routine movements of calisthenics,but the energy and the ability of the older teachers are declining.Under the influence of project characteristics,the confidence of male aerobics sports is weaker than that of female teachers.Teachers'ontological knowledge and conditional knowledge are still good,and the foundation still needs to be strengthened,but there is a big gap in the knowledge of natural science and humanities.The basic professional quality of teachers can basically meet the needs of a healthy sports person,and they have good professional skills and knowledge structure,but the knowledge reserve of other disciplines is insufficient.and further improvement is needed.(3)the professional quality is relatively insufficient to meet the needs of teacher development.Teaching ability is the most important part of professional standard quality,the ability to use language expression ability,teaching material and error correction according to their aptitude and ability are the basic can meet the needs of professional,young teachers teaching experience class organization ability is weak.demonstration ability obviously older teachers,teacher's ability to stimulate students learning motivation slightly insufficient.From the overall situation,the physical education teachers of calisthenics in colleges and universities in nanjing have the professional teaching ability,training ability and competition judgment ability to meet the basic professional needs,and are competent for physical education courses.At the same time,the teachers pay more attention to the subject and the knowledge related to teaching,but the teachers' scientific research ability has great room for improvement,(4)teachers' marginal quality is insufficient and their own development is limited.The physical education teachers of calisthenics in colleges and universities in nanjing have higher professional ethics in their marginal quality.In terms of humanistic literacy,the survey results are better than the assumptions before the study,music and dance literacy are slightly weaker,and the overall level of aesthetic consciousness is higher.But the physical education teacher marginal quality development is not balanced,the information quality and the humanities quality also has the very big promotion space.The humanity knowledge level is general,the teaching thought is conservative,the method is traditional,the content is obsolete teacher's information literacy is worrying.According to the above conclusions,this study believes that the level of comprehensive quality of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in nanjing is different.Therefore,it is necessary to constantly optimize the construction of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,improve the diversified structure of teachers,and make up for and progress each other between professional teachers and academic teachers.On the one hand,it is necessary to increase teachers,learning opportunities,improve their foreign language proficiency,scientific research ability and teachins innovation ability,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of aerobics physical education courses.On the other hand,we should focus on improving teachers' marginal quality,cultivating teachers' reading habits.enhancing PE teachers' awareness of information literacy learning,attaching importance to the cultivation of PE teachers' humanistic quality,and establishing a better way of life,so as to better meet their own development needs and improve their social status and recognition.
