With the rapid economic development and the deepening of urbanization, the market's sharp demand for labor has prompted a large number of rural surplus labor to flock to cities.More and more migrant workers are turning to urban jobs, and the number of children left behind is rising.Furthermore, there will be some problems in the mental health of left-behind children, which will affect the healthy growth of left-behind children. Therefore, research on the mental health of left-behind children is extremely important. This article uses literature data method, interview method, experiment method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to conduct mental health test on the students of Andu No.2 Middle School. The test content is divided into two parts.1.Basic information 2."Mental Health Scale of Chinese Middle School Students".For the 40 left-behind children randomly selected, the experimental group and the control group were grouped accordin g to a 1: 1 ratio with no difference. The experimental group conducted intervention experiments, while the control group did not do any intervention. The intervention content is the aerobics project, and the experimental group and the control group are tested on the mental health scale before and after the intervention, and the effect of the aerobics project on the mental health of left-behind children is analyzed.Research result:1.There are significant differences between left-behind children and non-left-behind children in learning stress, paranoia, interpersonal relationships, depression and anxiety(P <0.01).The difference was significant(P <0.05).2.The anxiety and compulsive symptoms of left-behind girls are particularly obvious;the compulsive symptoms and emotional instability of left-behind boys are particularly obvious.Boys 'factor scores were higher than girls' in learning stress, paranoia, emotional instability, and psychological imbalance.3.Analysis of pre-experimental interventions in different grades. There was a significant difference in learning pressure and maladaptiveness between grades 7 and 9(P <0.05);grade 7 and 8 and grade 8 and 9 had very different differences in learning pressure and maladaptiveness.Significantly(P <0.01),grades 7 and 9 are greater than grade 8;grade 7 is greater than grade 8 and greater than grade 9 in interpersonal tension and sensitivity factors.4.The experimental group and the control group showed significant differences in learning stress, interpersonal tension and sensitivity,obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and psychological imbalance after intervention(P <0.05);and very significant differences in maladjustment(P <0.01).After intervention in the experimental group, the scores of each factor of mental health were lower than those in the control group.5.The factor scores of mental health in the experimental group after the intervention were lower than those in the experimental group before the intervention. After the intervention, the experiment al group had significant differences in learning stress, paranoia, emotional instability, and anxiety(P <0.05);there were very significant differences in interpersonal tension, sensitivity, and maladjustment(P <0.01).6.Analysis of the control group before and after the intervention. The mental health factors of the control group after the intervention were significantly reduced, with significant differences(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in other factors. In conclusion:1.There are certain problems in the mental health status of left-behind children in rural areas. The scores of various factors on the left-behind children's health scale are higher than those of non-left-behind children, especially in the four aspects of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, emotional instability, anxiety, and learning stress.2.After completing the physical intervention in the experimental group, the left-behind children in the experimental group scored significantly lower in the six indicators of interpersona l tension and sensitivity, maladjustment, learning pressure, paranoia, anxiety, and emotional instability, and their mental health status Get some improvement.3.After the intervention of the experimental group, the scores of each factor of mental health were lower than those of the control group.Especially, there were significant differences in learning pressure, interpersonal tension and sensitivity,obsessive-compulsive symptoms and psychological imbalance. There are very significant differences in maladjustment, indicating that the intervention training of the aerobics program has effectively improved the mental health of left-behind children.4.Through the evaluation of the left-behind children in the experimental group by the head teacher and parents, the left-behind children's own feelings, and the behaviors of the left-behind children have changed greatly after the experiment, indicating that the intervention training of the aerobics program has affected their mental health to a certain improvement.
