Based on various research approaches, such as literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interview, data statistics as well as logic reasoning, and the analysis of the current situation of the contingent construction of teaching management, this article takes the partial academies in Hunan Province as the case, and proposes some advices of the implementations of the innovational contingent construction of teaching management on the background of the innovation of academy's teaching management systems.Four parts are included in this article: the introduction; the explanation of the related theories; the current situation of the contingent construction of teaching management of partial academies in Hunan and some countermeasures to the innovational contingent construction of teaching management.Firstly, this article elaborates the background, present situation, the significance and the approaches of the research.Secondly, This article carries on the related theories elaboration on contingent construction of teaching management, in which including the explanation of implication of the academy's teaching management systems and innovation and the analysis of the necessity of innovational contingent construction of teaching management as well as their reciprocity.Thirdly, taking the partial universities and colleges in Hunch Province as the case, through the analysis to the present situation of the structure, quality, idea of the teaching management contingent, the writer finds out a series of problems, such as obsolete idea, low quality and poor survival environment and so on, and carries on the corresponding analysis to its reason.Finally, the article emphasizes on proposing following several countermeasures: upgrading the outmoded notion of the administrative staff, improving the whole quality of the administrative staff as well as the relevant mechanisms and systems constantly.
