Research On College System And Innovation Strategies For Its Management

People have paid more and more attention to higher education in recent years. External and internal force promotes the reform of college management constantly. The key to the reform lies in management system innovation. Based on the evolution of college, this thesis makes a deep analysis of the social function, organization characteristics, internal activities and power structure of college, and proposes innovation strategies for its management, which focus on its system, taking the teaching-research university as an example.The study includes four parts mainly: function, characteristics of college; analysis of the process; power disposition of college; innovation strategies for its management. In first part, based on the review of the college development in detail, it analyzes its social function, organization characteristics and mission, establishing foundation for the following parts. In second part, it classifies the basic activities in college and analyzes the core process. In third part, it suggests the thread of adjusting the power structure through the study of power composition and the typical power structure mode home and aboard. In last one, it puts forward the management innovation layers and strategies according to each layer.This thesis is helpful for both the theoretical research and innovation practice of college management.
