Research On Establishment Of Harmonious Internal Relationship

Achieving social harmony and building a perfect society, is not only a social ideal which human pursued, but also a lofty goal which Marxism political party including Communist Party of China unremitting pursuit. China is on the way to build a socialism harmonious society. Above all, a harmonious society should be the society with harmonious internal relationship. From the reform and opening to now, our society has achieved progress in many fields. However, many unharmonious things about internal relationship appear at the same time, all of these needs to be solved and concentrated on. To study harmonious internal relationship of China under the special time of building harmonious society has both theory and practice meaning. The essay falls into three parts:The first part: Carries on the general annotation to the harmonious interpersonal relationship, including its connotation, the essential feature, the significance and the theory basis. This article insists that, the harmonious interpersonal relationship means a good state in the communication of human which is reflected mainly in the aspects of understanding and respecting, equality and mutual benefit, solidarity and honesty and trustworthiness among people. It is not only one of the basic elements of a harmonious society, but also the potential driving force for social development and a symbol of society progress.The second part: Inspects all sorts of performance of the current about interpersonal relationship in our country and analyses the reasons. At present, non-harmony about internal relationship in our country represent in five main areas, namely materialistic, selfish, dishonest and indifference are obvious in human communication. It mainly result from two factors: material interest principle, equivalence exchange principle and market competition principle of market economy, which direct or indirect impact on people's thoughts about values; on the other hand, In the initial stage of socialism, politics, economic and culture elements can not provide a good environment to form a harmonious relationship, which resulted in the emergence of disharmony internal relationship.The third part: Seeking the construction principle and the concrete route of the present harmonious interpersonal relationships of our country. The person-to-person's harmony should follow the following principles, justice principle, care principle, mutually beneficial win-win principle, forgive principle; moderation principle and disciplining principle. Strengthen the material civilization construction, political civilization construction and spiritual civilization of our country at the same time, offering material base, political guarantee and cultural environment for building a harmonious internal relationship.
