Education is gradually becoming a more substantial industry coupled the era of Global knowledge economy. Under these circumstances, our non-governmental advanced education has grown rapidly and strongly. However, the corresponding problems, which has become the bottleneck for the further development of these colleges, should not be ignored. The essay give us an outline of the current state and developmental tendency of the non-governmental colleges in our nation and introduce the existing problems in the Human Resources Management, which is the major subject for studying.The main body is consisted of three parts: firstly, the outline of the theory of Human Resources at non-governmental colleges Secondly, the existing problem in Human Resources at colleges and its concrete analysis .Thirdly, the strategies of improving the HR at colleges and the corresponding creativityThe purpose behind is to find out a new methodology of improvements for HR management at non-governmental collegesThe essay is to make the research feasible and realistic by combining the reality with theory and by analyzing the content systematically and logically.
