Though the summarize of the literatures and websites of instructionaldesign of teacher training on the Grid environments, the author analysizethe demand of customers and find that the research of instructional designof teacher training on the Grid environments are not enough. There aresome questions existed, including the design of personal use of learningresource, the personal learning strategy of training activity, and thedesign of personal learning assessment have the space to be perfect. Thesequestions cause that the learner are blind in the independent learning,the personal learning is not so perfect, and the require of the efficienttraining can't be achieved.The research methods are literature survey, website survey, and the casesurvey. The main theories are instructional system design, learning theory,activity theory. We design the instructional system design programme ofteacher training on the Gird environments, in which the students is thecentre, including analysing the personal using method of learning resource,creating the circumstances which match the characters of adultslearners, designing the training active method of task driving, designingthe learning strategy of independent learning and cooperation, anddesigning the personal assessment based on the learners' electronicfiles. That is very necessary to improve the validity of Grid technologyused in the teacher training.This thesis rely on the project of "The foundation educational serviceGird of GuangZhou(First stage)—the online service support system of K12teacher educational technology ability training in GuangZhou". The systemis guided by the instructional design scheme of teacher training on theGird environments. Through the testing in the real condition of public net, it is showed that this system achieve the anticipate effect, and solvethe existing problem in the aspect of resource using, training activityorganizing and accessement designing. The system acceptance certificateof the experts, which prove that the personal using method of learningresource such as the large-scale training resource sharing is theeffective way to raise the efficiency of independent learning, thecircumstances which match the characters of adults learners can raise theinterest of learners taking part in the training, the task driving trainingactive method can raise the efficiency of training, the arrange of learningstrategy can raise the efficiency of independent learning, and attachingmore importance to the formative accessment in learning process and theuse of the students individual files can push the learning process forward.
