It is necessary to research and develop the hidden curriculum in moral education because of the hidden curriculum's unique function to advancement of the moral education and the great significance of promoting quality education , as well as the dominant manifest curriculum's insufficiency on actual moral education. We must carry on some measures to hold the spontaneous hidden curriculum in moral education in control so that the hidden curriculum actually gives play to its function in the moral education process.There are kinds of hidden curriculum in moral education on campus , such as, the hidden moral education factor behind each kind of regular manifest moral curriculum ;the hidden moral curriculum carried by the campus material environment ;the hidden moral curriculum implied in the campus system modality ;the hidden curriculum factor concealed in the school spirit and the campus culture as well as the persons interaction of school teaching activities. The hidden curriculum in moral education exists in a widespread scope and particular way ,so exploiting the hidden curriculum in moral education should follow some certain principles: Free, open principle; Pointed, valid principle; Nimble principle; Innovate principle; Influences subtly principle and the comprehensive planning principle. The great function of the subjects of exploiting the moral curriculum should not be ignored , the subjects of exploiting the hidden curriculum in moral education should include the students, the teachers, the school leaders as well as all teaching and administrative staffs. In order to exploit the hidden curriculum in moral education effectively, it is important to emphasize some scientific strategies: the subjects both attaches importance to the campus environment and pays attention to the class collective construction; both excavates the hidden curriculum from the static aspect of textbooks and the dynamic aspect of the instruction of class collectives including the interaction of teachers and students.As it is an extremely complex process to exploit the hidden curriculum in moral education, we must make clear some points in the process of exploiting the hidden curriculum to improve the actual effect of the moral education :to set up a new view on the moral curriculum ,to establish an overall persistent point of view on education ,to give the rein to the entire resources of moral education ,to strengthen the organic synthesis of the manifest and hidden curriculum in moral education ,to hold on straight to the process because it is not a process that holds good for all time but a lasting process.
