The application of senior school experimental chemistry textbook which is compiled according to the Standards of Senior School Chemistry Curriculum would be used nationally. The new chemistry course, whose curriculum standard is quite different from that of the current one, has been greatly altered from the following aspects: the to-be-taught definition of chemical concepts; the structure of chemical concepts and the expressional means of chemical concepts which differ from that in present textbook.These changes have deeply affected the choice of teaching methods and strategies. A considerable amount of documents has shown that our nation lacks of research on Chemistry new curriculum concepts system.therefore ,we choose Chemistry new curriculum concepts system as our research subject to explore a series of problems carrying Chemistry concepts teaching in implementing of Chemistry new curriculum.Acquiring an extreme comprehension in chemistry field is the basement for students both to learn chemistry course at middle school and develop the concept of what this course is about. It is thoughtful for middle school teachers of how to combine our teaching activities with the spirit of curriculum reform under the control of the new standard. As far as we are concerned, to make good use of teaching strategy seems to be a vital solution.Based on all the factors mentioned above, this paper discusses the following questions.Firstly, this paper makes a brief review on the developments of conceptual structure of senior school chemistry curriculum. Then through analyzing these developments which accomplished at different periods of time, this paper makes reference to how to teach chemistry concepts according the new curriculum standards.Secondly, this paper compares the Outline of Senior School Chemistry Curriculum with the Standards of Senior School Chemistry Curriculum, finding out the similarities and differences from their aspects of knowledge structures and teaching strategies. Then the characteristics of conceptual contribution seem to be concluded through making the comparison among chemical concepts adapted from three sets of compulsory textbooks.Thirdly, this paper discusses the strategies and principles of the concept teaching of the new curriculum on the basis of consulting numerous concept teaching theories. Considering the conceptual contribution is characteristic, this paper proposes the teaching strategies of new chemistry curriculum concepts system.At last, under the demands of the current chemistry teaching condition and the curriculum standard, the author analyses the workable range and notices of those mentioned strategies.As mentioned above, this paper mainly describes the construction characteristics and teaching strategy of Chemistry new curriculum concepts system. Also, this paper discusses other factors that influence the concept teaching of the new curriculum.
