It is an important program in the fields of education evaluation that teachers evaluate themselves on their work of teaching and has great significance in promoting teaching specialization. This research is on the base of the state of self-evaluation of teachers in Primary School and Middle School in Jinjiang. By inquiring we found that most of teachers cannot comprehend the goal and effect of self-evaluation, that teachers lean to evaluate themselves excessively, that most of teachers haven't gasped the evaluation standard, that because of lacking practice guidance many teachers cannot distinguish self-evaluation of teaching and self-evaluation after class, that many teachers cannot turn over to think and sum-up in their self-evaluation, that the results of self-evaluation cut to waste in a great number of schools. According to the information got by inquiring, in this paper the author tries to table some proposals to boost the specialization of local teaching resources.
