With the advent of the era of information of various emerging technology rapid development make great changes have taken place in education,information technology education teaching has become the trend of The Times,and the teacher as the important drivers of the education informatization development education technical ability of the development of the development level of the students' information literacy and education informatization 2.0 implementation has the extremely important influence.In the face of this situation,China has gradually introduced relevant educational policies to improve the level of educational technology ability of primary and secondary school teachers.In 2018,"Key Points of Educational Informatization and Network Security" proposed to develop and construct evaluation tools that can reasonably evaluate the ability of information technology development in primary and secondary schools as soon as possible,so as to promote development through evaluation.Therefore,we need to pay attention to and deeply understand the composition and development level of teachers' educational technology ability in the current society.Although some studies have focused on the evaluation of teachers' ability,most of them tend to measure the application ability of information technology,ignoring the overall aspect of teachers' educational technology ability.The investigation on the combination level of teachers' theory and practice and the ability of teachers to closely integrate technology with classroom is still not clear.This research thought teacher education technique ability is the key to quality education informatization development,understand the teacher education technique ability should focus on teachers in the education informationization main technical ability in the "classroom",emphasize the effective application of information in class,pay attention to teachers' education technology ability in classroom teaching,students in the learning process is supported by the information technology and the student use of information technology for interactive learning.It shows the development status of teachers' educational technology ability in a panoramical way,accurately locates the development shortcoming and deeply explores the causes of problems.It is expected to lay a solid foundation for the implementation of educational informatization to promote the modernization of education,develop tools for the evaluation of teachers' educational technology ability,and then create a new situation of educational informatization 2.0.This paper mainly conducts research from the following three aspects:(1)Design the evaluation index system of educational technology ability of primary and secondary school teachers.(2)Develop a questionnaire to investigate the educational technology ability of primary and secondary school teachers.(3)Investigate the status quo of educational technology ability development of primary and secondary school teachers.Through the study,it is found that the evaluation index system of educational technology ability of primary and secondary school teachers constructed in this study is feasible to some extent.Based on the index system and following the design principles of four questionnaire questions and consulting relevant local experts and scholars,the questionnaire of educational technology competence of primary and secondary school teachers has a high reliability and validity,which can investigate the development level of teachers' educational technology competence.According to the analysis of the survey results,the majority of primary and secondary school teachers are young and have a short teaching experience.The majority of teachers are female teachers,accounting for 74.93%.The gender distribution of teachers is unbalanced.Most of the teachers have bachelor's degrees,and more than 74 percent of them graduated from normal schools.From the perspective of the three dimensions of teacher education and educational technology ability,the overall development level is good but the development among the dimensions is unbalanced.From the regional point of view,there is little difference in the development level of teachers' educational technology ability in central,suburban and outer suburbs.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of teachers' educational technology ability,three suggestions are put forward for the development of teachers' educational technology ability.In view of the development of technology foundation,it is proposed to deepen the basic research and provide resources tools that can effectively meet the needs of teachers.In view of the development of teaching practice,it is proposed that teachers should improve their application ability of information technology and strengthen their awareness of carrying out comprehensive practical courses.In view of the development of professional development,we should pay attention to the needs of teachers and improve the pertinence of training.
