| As we all know,in order to improve the level of composition,in addition to accumulating knowledge,teachers’ evaluation and guidance can also play an extremely critical role.Throughout the process and development trend of composition teaching,composition evaluation is gradually weakened in the process of composition teaching,which makes the development of composition teaching difficult.Looking at the relevant literature,it is found that there are many papers and journals on composition evaluation,especially the research on the subject of evaluation.The commonality between them is that they all strengthen the subjectivity of students,but gradually weaken the role of teachers in evaluation.Status,in fact,teachers play an important role in the evaluation of composition,not only can not be ignored,but also focus on improvement.The research focuses on the evaluation role of teachers,and takes the practical improvement of students’ writing level as the starting point and foothold.On the basis of the previous theoretical knowledge,the survey method and interview method are used to conduct research on the third and fourth grade teachers and students and their writing.Understand the current situation and problems of teachers’ composition evaluation,and find that the main problems are the inadequate implementation of evaluation,the single evaluation method,the single evaluation language index,the encouragement of one-sidedness,and the lack of timeliness of evaluation.Aiming at the above problems,we analyze the causes of the problems and their impact on students,and find that the main reasons are that the evaluation concept is too utilitarian,the evaluation time is too tight,the evaluation knowledge is relatively short,and the evaluation is too slow.Based on the above problems and reasons,the research gives the following suggestions:for the implementation of evaluation,it proposes to "set up a special composition evaluation class" and "strengthen supervision and inspection";The method is supplemented by methods,"clear rewards and punishments,and effective incentives",and "organize training related to composition evaluation" to master more evaluation methods and methods;In response to the problem of evaluation timeliness,it is proposed that "teachers evaluate in a timely manner and refuse to delay","have masters and subordinates,rationalize workload","teachers cooperate,evaluate and reform each other",and "schools rationally allocate teachers’ educational work".Through point-to-point problem solving,it aims to solve the problem of current primary school teachers’ composition evaluation in a targeted,in-depth and multi-dimensional manner,in order to contribute to the development of composition evaluation. |
