A positive language,an encouraging look are like the spring breeze general moisten the student's mind.The sincere evaluation of students can not only move their hearts,stimulate their interest in learning and arouse their enthusiasm in learning.It can also provide feedback for students' learning situation and guide students' direction.At the same time,it can also harmonize the relationship between teachers and students,so that students can have a positive emotional experience,so that classroom teaching activities can be carried out more smoothly.Teaching evaluation is of great significance to students.As the main body of classroom teaching evaluation activities,teachers' teaching evaluation literacy level directly determines whether teachers can successfully carry out teaching evaluation activities.Therefore,more and more experts and scholars have carried out the research on teaching evaluation literacy,committed to improving teachers' teaching evaluation literacy.In the outline of the new curriculum reform,it is clearly pointed out that "evaluation should play a role in promoting students' development,teachers' improvement and improving teaching practice".Teachers' evaluation concept,knowledge and means will also change.The quality of teachers' teaching evaluation is also the internal demand of teachers' development.Therefore,this paper is based on the educational evaluation theory of pedagogy,the teacher professional development theory of teacher education and the multiple intelligence theory of psychology.Combined with the research results at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the structure of teachers' teaching evaluation literacy,including evaluation consciousness,evaluation attitude,evaluation knowledge and evaluation skills.And through a questionnaire survey of primary school teachers,the current situation of primary school teachers' teaching evaluation is summarized,and it is found that the existing teaching evaluation literacy of primary school teachers can not meet the needs of classroom teaching.There are still many problems in the evaluation of primary school teachers in the teaching process: the negative attitude of primary school teachers to the external evaluation;the weak awareness of the implementation of evaluation;the weak theoretical evaluation knowledge of teachers;the lack of teachers' skills in evaluation design.At the same time,after analyzing the investigation of primary school teachers,we find that the main reasons behind these problems are: Teachers' colleges ignore teaching evaluation;teachers' assessment is lack of teaching evaluation;teachers' evaluation right is not respected;combined with the actual performance of primary school teachers' teaching evaluation literacy and interviews with primary school teachers,from the perspective of teachers' professional development,we summarize and improve the current primary school teachers' teaching evaluation Strategies for literacy.First,pre service education attaches importance to the cultivation of evaluation literacy.Specifically,it includes: improving the proportion of teaching evaluation courses;using educational practice to carry out practice;improving the evaluation standard of educational practice;secondly,the school cultivates and establishes the atmosphere of teaching evaluation.Specifically,it includes: enriching the form of teaching evaluation and training;creating a loose campus evaluation atmosphere;third,improving the evaluation system and policy support.Specifically,it includes: implementing the requirements of teaching evaluation;improving the professional autonomy of teachers;building a platform for teaching evaluation cooperation.
