The basic idea of new curriculum is to raise citizen's scientific accomplishment. "The Ordinary High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard" stipulates that Chemistry teaching should raise students'scientific accomplishment from the three aspects: "the knowledge and skill", "the process and method" and "the emotion attitude and values". Among them,"the process and method" is the first time to appear in the chemistry curriculum standard of high school. Therefore, we must change the single standard only by the study result to weigh students'study quality. Appraising students should also break through the traditional appraisal that only has the function of screening and selecting, emphasize students'study process and development of study method and strategy which display in the process.The thesis is divided into five parts:In part one, the author simply analyzes the composition elements of the scientific accomplishment, and learns that"course and method"are important components of scientific accomplishment. Then the author analyzes and compares the requirements for goal of"course and method"of educational objectives domestically and abroad, which aims at understanding the concrete requirement for goal of"course and method"in various countries'scientific courses.In part two, the author explores the relevant content of"course and method"in scientific accomplishment."Course and method"are made up of scientific course and scientific method. Through analyzing the contents of scientific course and scientific method form, it is learnt that"scientific course"includes three aspects: scientific probing process, scientific development and thought process; scientific method is composed of three aspects: scientific methodology (the method of scientific philosophy), general scientific method and special scientific method. Our country has put forward clear requirement for"course and method"in chemical course standard of high school, so the form of content and assess system should be constructed according to the relevant scientific course and the scientific method.In part three, according to the scientific course and composition content of the scientific method, the author has established the assessment system, and made comparatively detailed discussion in the choice of the appraising form and assurance of target of"course and method"from the four aspects: the students'participation in science exploration process, experiencing scientific development process, students'scientific thought process and students'grasping of scientific method separately.The author assesses the PTA assessment chart and the conception chart method to students'exploration activities and thought process separately. The real example result indicates that PTA appraises chart is more effective in assessing students'exploration activities and behaviors; the conception assessment chart can reflect students'thought process accurately too.The fifth part is the conclusion of the thesis. The author has enumerated the research results of this thesis and pointed out the deficiency of the research.
