Corporation Reform Of The Japanese National Universities And Its Enlightenment On China's Higher Education

Since April 1st, 2004, all the national universities in Japan have started to carry out reforms to become independent administrative corporations, which ended up the history of Japanese "stated-run" national universities that has been existed for more than one hundred years.
