On Analyzing Cultivate Schemes And Current Employment Situation About Postgraduate Students Majoring In Volleyball

With the social development and the expanding recruit of postgraduates, the quantities of physical education students strengthen and there appears a new peak of the amount of the students majoring in volleyball. At the same time ,there are many problems emerged, and all circles of the society pay close attention to the quality of the cultivate postgraduate schemes .with the relation between supply and demand out of balance, the employment superiority of postgraduates is decreased and the students majoring in volleyball face more and more employment pressures. Analyzing the employment situation of the students majoring in volleyball, I hope I can provide theory basement for their accommodation to the current employment condition and playing their own characters. Thus, it is to be worth to analyze the problems on cultivate schemes and current employment situation about postgraduate students majoring in volleyball,The article use the literature method, questionnaire investigates, statistical method, logic analytic approach to analyze the cultivate schemes of 17 universities'volleyballs major , to estimate the cultivate quality ,to understand the current employment situation ,to analyze the problems existed in the cultivate schemes, and in the end to provide theory inference for cultiving talented man for the society preferably. The results are as following:1, with the social development, the cultivate object appears single and courses set up are backward, especially, elected subjects are single, interdisciplines are lesser, frontier branches of societies are insufficient.2, there is 3-year training generally and flexible system is carried unfavorable. There is less chances to practice the specialty weekly and to participant the social practice. The quality is higher but the special purpose is weaker,3, with the descend of the employment rate, the employment superiority is not obvious and the employment pressure is more large. ,there is a tendency to work for the occupation schools or middle schools instead of the colleges or universities and the nature of full-time teachers turns to the public P.E teachers.4, the concept is changed, from laying stress on"social status"to economic returns", more practisely and profitly. And it is the first element considered about the prospect of the unity, then the personal development chance and the salary and welfare during the choosing employment. The expectancy is high among the postgraduate students majoring in volleyball; they choose the down-country areas or areas of the economic and cultural centers of provinces and cities. The male students ask more salary than the females.5, The satisfaction is not high about the employment guidance of the colleges. There are some ways to hunt job through society invitations, campus invitations and teachers recommendations, and so on.
