With the rapid development of sports,the relocation of retired athletes in China has become increasingly prominent.The relocation of retired athletes is not only related to the overall level of sports of the sports team,but also has a far-reaching impact on the sports industry in China.Therefore,how to properly handle the resettlement of retired athletes has become a challenges facing the Chinese sports system.The volleyball project has always been the focus of attention of the Chinese people,especially in the 2016 Olympic Games in China,when the Chinese women's volleyball team won the Olympic champion again after 12 years,it also set off a wave of volleyball in China.At the same time,because athletes show great differencesafter retirement,this article starts from the view of individual factors,according to the employment problems faced by athletes retiring,combined with the volleyball program to explore the volleyball players' employment expectations after retirement.the study of employment situation,by exploring some excellent volleyball athletes retired employment and career planning,self ability to ascend,active job search process,etc.,aims at providing a high level of volleyball players ‘s future career and provide some successful experience of employment.This paper conducts an empirical study on a total of 150 athletes in 8 clubs in the National A Women Volleyball Club.Through questionnaires and data analysis,the volleyball athletes' employment expectations and choices,self-employment employment perceptions,and employment security policies are recognized.According to the investigation and analysis,in the aspect of employment expectation and choice,the multi-factor cross-analysis research results show that the athlete's academic qualification has a significant influence on the athletes' tendency to choose a career in colleges and universities.Academic qualifications,injuries,athletes' ranksn has a significant influence on on the athletes' tendency to choose a career on primary school teachers and coaches.In the sense of self-employment,multi-factor cross-analysis results show that age and athlete level have a significantimpact on their employment perception;in terms of job security related policy cognition,the survey results show that athletes have a social security system The level of understanding is generally low.Based on those results,the further study shows that the factors affecting the employment of volleyball players.The results show that the main factors affecting the employment of female A volleyball players are their own ability,policies and regulations,economic income and future development,and the secondary factors affecting the employment of athletes is family factor.Leaders attach importance,social concepts,and information sources are the general factors that affect athletes' employment problems.On the basis of the above-mentioned problems,the article also analyzes the excellent employment cases of retiredathletes through typical case analysis,and provides experience for solving the above problems.At the same time,this paper proposes targeted countermeasures for the above problems.
