| Nowadays, there are more than 30 million people in China engaged in Dance Sport, and around 70,000 pairs of them are professional Dance Sport athletes. By comparing the society needs with and satisfaction of the Dance Sport talents’ capabilities, we found that there are some misalignments between social needs and the development of the current direction of physical education institutes dance sport cultivate scheme for college Dance Sport talents. Hence, the establishment of a relatively complete Dance Sport direction cultivate scheme, is the key to train high-quality Dance Sport talents.In this paper, we collect the ballroom cultivate scheme at art schools(Shanghai Theater Academy) and sport colleges(Beijing University of Physical Education and Sports colleges, Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, Shandong Institute of Physical Education, Xi’an Institute of Physical Education, Chengdu Institute of Physical Education and Shanghai Sports Institute) through paper documentation, interviews, questionnaires, comparison, statistics and other methods. We performed a comparative study on training objectives and requirements, credit hours, curriculum, practical aspects of these institutions. We measure the fit of cultivate schemes in art schools and sport colleges to social needs from the perspective of social demand for Dance Sport t talents.Contributions and Conclusions1. Employer satisfaction with sports dance professional staff in their job performance is not high the art professional dance training program in sports College is one of the largest factors.2. Personnel types Sports Colleges are set to "application-oriented talents" demanding sport and the arts, education and performances, sports and fitness in one, a clear training objectives Dance Sport direction.3. Chengdu Institute of Physical Education to career guidance, career planning and entrepreneurship foundation mentioned compulsory public infrastructure which helps students social competitiveness.4. Wuhan Institute of Physical and Shandong Institute of Physical Education to arrange special training in elective plate, did not show the importance of professional basic skills. And none of these six institutions offer professional sports dance teaching courses, which are the main causes of weak student teaching.5. Among these six Institutes of Physical Education, Wuhan Institute of Physical and only opened a sports training required courses, Chengdu Sport University opened a dance training school elective courses, other theaters do not offer training courses, student training capacity has not been targeted culture.6. Centralized internship fourth grade manner inconsistent with professional features, there are no outstanding professional features. |
