The Present Situation And The Education Tactics Research On Moral Development Of College Students In The South Of Jiangsu

The south of Jiangsu is one of the most advanced regions of China,and also is one of advanced region of higher education. The systemic study on the moral development of college students in this region will have great effect on the moral education,and the moral construction.By document comparison and investigation,we find that there are following problems in the moral development of college students in the south of Jiangsu. First,the development of intersubjectivity goes slowly and egocentricism is inflating; Second,the ability of moral choice and judgment is weak; Third,moral will is not strong enough; Four,the whole level of moral self-discipline is not satisfied as we expect; Five,the spirit of moral reflection is lack. There are four factors leading to these problems: the influence of society environment; the influence of school moral education; the influence of family education; the weakness of college students.Based on the moral educational thoughts of Kant,Kohlberg,Clive Beck and the subjective moral education theory,combining the investigation conclusion,this paper puts forward corresponding measures to improve the college students'morality from four aspects,including the renewal of education thoughts and the education concept,the establishment of reasonable moral education system,the construction of scientific moral education curricula and the innovation of moral education method etc.
