Investigation And Research On Teacher Burnout Of Mental Retardation School

More and more researches have indicated that teaching is one of the professions under greatest pressure. If teachers can't cope with pressure successfully, which means that teachers'job pressure has not been released for a long time, teacher burnout will be engendered. Great changes have taken place in China, the quality education reform is carrying out like a raging fire. Acting as the propellent and undertaker of new curriculum reform, teachers play a critical role in the foundational education reform and face unprecedented challenge at the same time. In such background, teachers'living, adaptility and development situation geadually become the attentive focus of Chinese educationists.The research summarized the general actuality domestic and the evolution of this topic through the investigation of literature. Through the inquisition, we know the situation of teacher burnout, analyze the resources leading to the teacher burnout, and give some proposals to cope with teacher burnout.The objects of the research are teachers of special school for mentally retarded children. We take a random sample to choose objects in Dalian, Pulandian, Wafangdian and Dandong.The paper consists of five parts:The first part put forward the issues. It summarized related research findings and then raises the purposes and core concepts of this article.The second part introduces the research method, include the choice of objects.The third part is the result of the investigation. It generally describes the situation of teachers in mentally retarded children, and compare with teachers of elementary school.The fourth part makes some simple conclusions of related findings and essential leading to teacher burnout.The fifth part is the suggestions to cope with teacher burnout.
