The Gymnastics Teaching Present Condition Analysis And Counterplan Researches Of Common Senior High School In Dalian City

This text adopt document material method questionaire method,mathematical statistics and experts visiting and so on. It consults and analyses the gymnastics the gym teaching condition of twenty-five common senior middle schools that experience physics education course . It analyses and restricts the facts of development facts of Dalian gymnastics . It refers to existed serious problem, and propose reasonable advice . It provides reference basis for course standard that will be adopted by Dalian in 2006. Discussion result indicates :1. There are good P.E. teachers team in Dalian common senior middle school . But there is few special gymnastics teachers , and the proportion of female and male teachers are not balance , the special gymnastics level of teachers will be improved.2. The implement of P.E. and health course standard is in an isolated position , the main leaders pay no more attention to it ,and they did not support it ; the main education department lacks certain guiding supervision,check .3. P.E. and health course standard are lack of definite regulation and demand for gymnastics learning .4. The leaders do not take it seriously. There is no enough money for P.E., P.E. play ground,facilities,sports apparatus and so on .They can not keep up the pace . They can not ensure and satisfy the needs of the teaching .5. P.E. teachers do not carry out Course Standard to choose gymnastics content and arrange the class hour . They do not establish the perfect evaluation system . They are not active in teaching.6. The students are weak, they are lack of the basic of gymnastics . They can not finish gymnastics level standard in Course Standard.7. The action of apparatus gymnastics is too difficult . It is certain dangerous . The schools and teachers are afraid that it will cause accident . They are afraid of undertaking responsibility.According to the result of questionnaire and the real condition of Dalian , we put forward a proposal as follow:1. Strengthen the teachers'occupation education. Improve the teachers'gymnastics awareness and special technique level. Strengthen the teachers'gymnastics teaching organization and management ability.2. The leaders at all levels improve cognition and add the money for P.E. , improve the gymnastics equipment ,ensure that gymnastics teaching carries on smoothly.3. The education main department should enhance the guiding supervision,check , formulate effective education management evaluation system gradually , make evaluation standardize to make teachers be active in gymnastics teaching.4. enhance comprehensive utilization,development,new trails of course resource, improve the students'learning interest.5. Enhance the reformation pace of P.E. university , train the complex talents that meet the needs of days demand.
