The effective classroom teaching is proposed on the basis of effective teaching byeducation researchers, it is the one of the main goals of the current curriculum revolution.The implementation of Effective classroom can not only respond to the voice of "alleviate burden ", to alleviate the burden of both teachers and students, avoid a series ofproblems on high school students caused by overburdened, but also enable teachers toadapt to changing times, change the traditional teaching concepts, improve teachingmethods, to provide students with good classroom learning environment, comply withthe times for lifelong education and cultivating innovative talents requirements.Current research on effective classroom at the exploratory stage, inevitably thereare some problems in the implementation. In this study, the present situation of Yan’anCity common Middle School’s efficient classroom is analyzed and researched, not onlyto make suggestions for the efficient implementation of Yan’an City Middle Schoolclassroom to further promote the development of secondary education in Yan’an City,also contribute little power to enrich teaching theory.In this paper, the survey and analysis on the present implementing situation ofefficient classroom in part of the middle schools in Yan’an City, is mainly proceededfrom three aspects, which are the teaching objectives, teaching process, teachingmethods and strategies. The analysis concluded the existing problems in all aspects:Making the form more important than content in the setting of teaching objectives, sothat the teaching objectives are not clear, not applicable, not valuable enough, and can’tbe told students in timely; In the teaching process many teachers do not realize theimportance of preparation for lessons, they prepare the lessons mainly according to thesubject matter, the lesson plans and “Guidance case" can’t work well. Teachers can’tcontrol their own emotions scientifically in teaching, can not accurately know the meaning of classroom questioning, and can’t effectively reorganize the content of course,their interaction with students is not comprehensive. After-school both the evaluation onteaching from themselves and others can’t be effectively carried out. Homeworkassignment is unreasonable, and the homework can’t be evaluated timely,the evaluate standard is single; When talk about teaching methods, group collaborationbecomes a mere formality. Teachers equate "self-learning" to "self-study", they can’t usemodern teaching equipment scientifically. Based on these issues, the paper summedmain factors that influence the implementation of effective classroom in Yan’an commonmiddle Schools by field surveys and in-depth analysis. They include Misunderstandings,such as profit-oriented concept of education and teaching, the arbitrary concept ofstudents’ development, one-sided view of effective classroom teaching. Teacher factors,such as personality characteristics, professional standards, comprehensive character.Student factors, such as the characteristics of the students’ psychological development,differences in cognitive background. The teaching situational factors, for example,classroom environment and classroom management. School factors, such as themanagement mechanism, educational resources. On the base of the analysis and studyabout the implementation of efficient classroom in Yan’an common middle schools,combined the saw and heard during the investigation, firstly, proposed five basicprinciples to promote the implementation of efficient classroom in Yan’an commonmiddle schools. Which include the principle of value, balance, feasibility, transfer,development. Secondly, on the problem of teaching objectives, teaching process,teaching methods,“to assess teaching by studying”, and formulate the appropriate goalsetting strategies, teaching implementation strategies, after-school development strategy,depend on the cognitive development, social development, personality development ofstudents. Finally, definitude four mechanisms to ensure the implementation of thestrategy will be smooth. The mechanisms include good sound management mechanismof school, multi-reciprocal and win-win cooperation mechanism, reasonableincentive-oriented mechanism, scientific and effective evaluation mechanisms. Hope that through these measures can effectively promote implementation of efficientclassroom in Yan’an common middle schools, and effectively improve the quality ofteaching,to promote the further development of efficient classroom.
