| The national swimming team of China obtained one gold and one silver in 2004 Athens Olympic Games, it defused embarrassing of zero medal in 2000 Sydney Olympic. Since then, the national swimming team of China gained more medals and promoted the rankings of medal tables in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the 2012 London Olympics. The Chinese swimming delegation attracted attention of world because of the good result in the 2015 Swimming World Championships in Kazan, it acquired 15 gold medals, 10 silver medals and 10 bronze medals. It is the first time to get the first one of the medal tables and surpassed the US team. It will leave an indelible mark in the long river of history.As a good result of the continuous improvement of the national swimming team of China more than a decade composed by a number of factors: the strong support and commitment from our country, the right management of leaders, the professional and scientific guidance of coaches and the hard working of athletes. However, the scientific training cannot operate without the support of science and technology. The development of science and technology combined with the effort of researchers which provided sound scientific services and technology supports for the national swimming team. It is an important factor that made an achievement of them. Through collecting and analyzing the previous studies, I have found there are lots of researches about sports science, but it was short of researches about swimming, and the objects of study all comes from core journal. Therefore, this article will conduct a detailed analysis of nearly a decade of scientific research project of competitive swimming.In this paper, the study object is the actuality and countermeasures of swimming scientific subjects of the Swimming Centre under the State General Administration of Sports from 2002 to 2014. The use of major research methods are literature method, interviews, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistical method and so on. The aspects of this research included the number of subject, the staff structure of subject, the organizer of subject, research direction of subject, the funds situation of subject, the application of achievement in scientific research and the processes of subject, obtain the following conclusions:(1)2002 —2014, the Swimming Center under the State General Administration of Sports is responsible for projects with eight subject cycles, includes four Olympic events, a total of 104 subjects,41 swimming events. And the number of subjects remained stable except the number of the first year after the Olympic Games declined.(2) All principals of 41 swimming scientific subjects comply with relevant regulations, they have gained sub-senior professional and technical positions or doctor’s degree, their major is same with the direction of subject.(3) Most organizers undertook the scientific subjects came from scientific research institute of internal system under the General Administration of Sports and some universities. It was lack of local units and social enterprises.(4) The scientific subjects were satisfied training requirement, whose involved contents and research directions are comprehensive and abundant. But lack of innovation, the combination of scientific subjects and training should be improved.(5) The subject funds reduced since 2005, and remained stable. It still exist some problem like uneven configuration and unreasonable using.(6) The application of achievement in scientific research works in the training effectively, and ensured the level and health of athletes. There still exist some issues include:lack of number of achievement and the route of transmission, it was short of channel for research and the low rate of conversion.(7) The process of subjects include:subjects declaration, review and project, subject management and subject acceptance. |
