Let young pioneers prefer their own organization--young pioneers and enhancing their sense of belonging are important issues in the construction of young pioneers.From the long-term purpose of training qualified socialist successors in China,young children's political organizations are not uncommon.From the first day of primary school enrollment,they had many expectations and yearnings for joining the Chinese young pioneers as the most sacred things.But this hazy vision will gradually grow with age.Or is it fading away?It's worth thinking! As the future of the nation,children and children realize the great force of the great Chinese dream,their sense of belonging to the young pioneers,the development and construction of the young pioneers of our country,and the great significance to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article tries to investigate the attitude of the young pioneers on the red scarf and the participation of the young pioneers,and carry out a thorough study on the problem of the sense of belonging of the young pioneers from the aspects of identity,emotion,spirit and behavior,in order to find out the psychological demands of the young pioneers,as well as the construction and thought of the primary school young pioneers.The work of political education provides a new direction.The full text is composed of four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,starting with the origin of the study of the sense of belonging of the young pioneers.From the two aspects of theory and practice,it studies the significance of the topic,the purpose and content of the study,the research method and the innovation point.The second chapter,starting from the core concept of "belonging and belonging",combined with the domestic and foreign related theories,further understands the definition and content of "the sense of belonging of the young pioneers".The third chapter is based on the work experience of the researchers engaged in primary school education for ten years,and compiling the questionnaire of the organization belonging of the young pioneers as a questionnaire.Research tools,select the G primary school and H primary school 576 primary school students to investigate the problem,found that the young pioneers are not strong sense of belonging to the problem is:the loss of the main position of the 1.young pioneers;the lack of 2.Pioneers knowledge education;3.young pioneers of the lack of role experience;4.young pioneers' symbolic meaning neglect;5.Young Pioneers ceremony education The vacancy;the deficiency of the 6.young pioneers' educational position.The fourth chapter puts forward the strategies and suggestions on how to improve the sense of belonging of the young pioneers:Taking the thought as the guide,establishing the sense of belonging in the cognition;taking the culture as the carrier,feeling the sense of belonging in the subtle;taking the students as the main body,experiencing the sense of belonging in the activity;and promoting the sense of belonging with care as the bond.Finally,on the platform of society,through the integration of network platform and social resources,the major structure of the young pioneers will be constructed to enhance the perception and experience of the young pioneers' life,and to enhance the identity,emotional attitude,spiritual realm and behavior attribution of the young pioneers.
