In our time's background of Knowledge Economy and the Basic Education Reform of China, we must change our education frame to develop students'active participating belief and creative ability. During the process of physics exercises teaching, we must do everything on this purpose.Physics exercises teaching for senior student of grade one is one of the important links of the physics teaching, and the quantity of the exercises teaching affects students'grasping knowledge directly, and also affects the senior student's attitude to learn Physics, problem-solving thought method, and ability to solve physics problem. According to education psychology, methodology and teaching methods, studying the basic regulation and the method of the exercises teaching, the teaching, the teacher's teaching can't stay at the surface of the knowledge teaching. However, the teaching of the way, method, strategy of the solving physics problem is more important. An excellent physics teacher should not only have wide knowledge, but also have a more excellent teaching method, and be an expert who is good at teaching the researching method and strategy of solving physics problem.In the exercises teaching, the teachers should do some things as follows: teach the students the ways of analyzing and comprehending the physics problems; value analyzing the course of physics problem, fostering the students'creative capabilities and guiding the basic forms of problem, and their Solution; select the physics meticulously, value the examples of normal exercises, and show the leading function in class; choose the best exercises teaching mode according to different target ,content and object of the course. Embody the students'main position in the classroom, overcome"Cramming education"and"Exercise sea tactics"abuse, give the student'more decision-making rights. Overcome the situation that the students can understand what the teacher said, but can't solve problems by them selves; we should found some kind of classroom teaching pattern of physics exercises that is suitable for the development of student and teaching request on the basis of proper teaching theories.
