Since the end of last century, our higher vocational education has showed momentum of development. As a type of higher vocational development, the higher vocational education has achieved sustained growth on the numbers of both colleges and students. The scale of vocational education has approached 50% of normal higher education. Governments at all levels are paying more and more attention to higher vocational education. The ministry of education has issued the employment as the guidance, deepening the higher vocational education, the state council opinions on developing vocational education decision, about the overall improvement of higher vocational education and other important documents opinions on the ministry of finance and the ministry of education in national training base and the construction of national demonstration colleges. However, due to various reasons, the traditional teaching style just tells students how to gain knowledge from books, paying great attention to the external implant and student common teaching management practice, which already hasn't been adapted to the development of the times in our country's higher vocational education needs, with the practical teaching management exposing every link of many prominent problems, such as vague target, single teaching content, lack of practical, software and hardware facilities being not reasonable, not enough internal and external training, and a lack of scientific assessment standards.Based on the basic principle of Marxism for education in higher vocational education, guiding the training target specific determines the characteristics of higher vocational colleges are to emphasize practical teaching. Practical teaching management systematically requires the students in higher vocational colleges to observe the test operation in order to master and professional training target relevant theoretical knowledge and practical skills teaching management activities. Higher vocational practical teaching management activities includes productive labor, professional labor, curriculum experiment, course design, teaching practice and research practice, social practice, the production practice and graduation thesis design and other links. For students in technical and vocational colleges mainly achieve the target through vocational skills training practice teaching link. Change the traditional teaching management system in higher vocational practice is to construct new "five parts" vocational practical teaching management system, namely Settings vocational ability demand orientation to the target system, enrich the content of the practice teaching as the center of soft, laying solid combination system of safeguard system, establishing practical teaching practice teaching of school-enterprise collaborative operation system, optimize vocational ability of multiple evaluation system dominated.The innovations of this essay are:taking three of Hubei gorges vocational and technical colleges as illustrations, it systematically analyses the existing realistic problems of our higher vocational education practice teaching management system, and puts forward the countermeasure pertinence, especially expounds the concept and the operation system, emphasizing the importance to the local economy for infrastructure construction practice teaching management system, smartly using "motivate→passivity→control→support→feedback" and security system. And the principle of teaching plays a role of five integrated framework of higher vocational teaching practice new management system.
