Theoritic And Practical Studies On High Vocational Education Of Shaanxi Province

In contemporary situation of China, the group pattern is a reasonable approach to achieve the integration of industry of higher vocational education, and which also is an effective measure to link schools and enterprises to make full use of resources, which also is a scientific strategy plan to promote the rapid development of higher vocational colleges. Conform to this situation, the higher vocational education group is heading towards the concrete practice from theoretical concepts, and display values in some areas such as increasingly more in the promotion of institutions to develop, deeping the school and enterprise cooperation, and promoting multi-win and muti-benefit. In this issue, studies on high vocational education based on the basic theory and the research practice, tries to summarize and analyze the theories and key issues of higher education group of Shaanxi Province, focusing on institution functions and relationships among governments, corporates and colleges.Firstly, the basic content and concepts of high vocational education groups are analyzed according to the basic theory of economics and education. In particular, a retrospective history of the development and review was conducted as for higher vocational education group, a conclusion was conducted that the pattern of high vocational education group is necessary for Shaanxi province, and simultaneously the basic theory of the formation of research is based; Secondly, it is simply summarized that Shaanxi province government departments guides and manages high vocational education groups, which targets to the idea, the concrete steps, the practical aspects and the important difficulties. At this stage, because the government plays important role in high education group formation and development process, therefore, this part of the study shows special and important values. Finally, the process of formation and development even a number of important and difficult problems based on two typical high vocational education groups was tried to summarize.There is an idea and result be put forwarded at last:higher vocational education group of Shaanxi province should be set up scientifically, reasonably,initiatively and timely.At the same time, it should be stable in the development, to do the pursuit of progress and improvement in resolving conflicts, to innovate with the bold and continue reforms. Certainly, the rapid development of high vocational education of Shaanxi province must be successful through the paths and means of grouping.
