The Entrepreneurship Education is a new educational thought. It is the same as the quality education and the innovative education. It symbolizes the basic direction of the higher education teaching, and has far-reaching and important historical significance. Undertaking the Entrepreneurship education for college students, is the objective needs of self-development and realizing the self-value, it's also an important strategic task of training high-quality personnel who has the innovation ability and the initiative capacity for higher institutions. Hubei Province as an important province in China, with the adjustment of industrial structure and economic restructuring in recent years, has achieved rapid development in economy. Similarly Hubei Province's higher vocational education rises rapidly, but along with the university increased enrollment, the university students increases unceasingly, vocational students survival in crevice, and employment issue is also increasingly difficult to stand out. In Hubei Province, vocational education has occupied half of higher education, it must respond to challenges from social economic structure, industrial upgrading and personnel changes in demand for higher education. On the base of the experience of transition learning at home and abroad in the absorption of higher vocational education, discovering and Implementing undertaking education is an important trend for vocational education reform is the essential way for vocational education reforming, and it also to be the deepened development the way that must be taken for deepen the higher vocational institutions in Hubei Province.At present, the Vocational entrepreneurship education activities have begun and achieved achievements in China, but overall speaking, the Vocational entrepreneurship education is still in initial stage. They need continue innovate and improve in further exploration and practice. The entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship education-related theory have a series of practical problems to discuss and respond that to guide students to entrepreneurship and implement entrepreneurship education Vocational Practice. This paper is divided into six chapters: Chapter I, the introduction, including the significance of the research projects at home and abroad. Review Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational and this thesis research ideas and methods; Chapter II, Hubei Vocational College Entrepreneurship Education Current situation and analysis, through five questionnaires surveys in Hubei Province to implement the situation, analyzing data. the results found that the implementation of entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges are not high degree of the attention, teachers training is not perfect, entrepreneurship education methods and means outdated business practices bases imperfect; Chapter III, the foreign experience in vocational business education, analysis entrepreneurship education abroad, the status of vocational colleges, vocational development of entrepreneurship education learn from foreign advanced experience; Chapter IV, national vocational business education experience, learn through case studies in particular the advanced experience of vocational schools; Chapter V, the problems of entrepreneurship education in Hubei higher vocational, the advanced experience from home and abroad based on the proposed change in employment from the concept of entrepreneurship education to enhance organization and establishing high-quality teachers, strengthen entrepreneurship education courses and build a good business education in the external environmental and other aspects of higher vocational institutions to strengthen entrepreneurship education countermeasures; Chapter VI, Conclusion and Outlook.
