Vocational education school-enterprise cooperation has always been an effective way for the country to develop vocational schools.It is an important form of cultivating high-quality laborers and technical and technical talents.It is also a principle that should always be adhered to when running professional education.Shandong Province,as a major province of education,has always been at the forefront of the development of vocational education.Especially after the Party's Nineteenth National Congress was held,Shandong Province,based on the needs of its own development,coordinated the overall development of vocational education from the economic and social development and deepened vocational education.As an important part of deepening the comprehensive reform of education,institutional reform has gradually formed the school-enterprise cooperation model of “service-oriented and employment-oriented”.The basic framework for school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education in Shandong Province has been formed,has a large scale,and the system and mechanism have also been continuously innovated.However,with the continuous development of vocational education,some deep-seated problems have gradually emerged,such as unsustainable safeguard models and institutional mechanisms.There is no effective implementation,no scientific evaluation mechanism,etc.These problems have become the focus of many difficulties in cooperation.Therefore,the cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education,from the exploration of models to the establishment of institutional mechanisms,is precisely the urgent need for research on school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in China.The issue is also a key issue for the sustainability and effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation.This article analyzes the domestic and foreign school-enterprise cooperation model,based on the theory of education cost,human resources theory,etc.,taking the “Status of School-enterprise Cooperation in Shandong Province” as the entry point,and using literature and comparative methods in Shandong Vocational College.Schools and universities cooperated to carry out on-the-spot investigations,and then carried out multi-angle analysis,and learned from foreign advanced experience to put forward their own opinions.The cooperation between higher education schools and enterprises in Shandong Province should be based on regional industrial economy,strengthen the government's overall planning,and improve School-enterprise cooperation supporting measures to strengthen the service consciousness of higher vocational colleges,establish a talent demand system that integrates with the talent demand of the industrial industry,and establish and improve the perfect school-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism,etc.,in order to promote the development of school-enterprise cooperation,We will promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education in Shandong Province and identify a solid talent base for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province.
