Secondly,Ground on this and studying from school intelligent telephone study platform base upon NGN, using the most advanced telecommunication technology and considering the present mobile network situation, it analyses system requirement in detail, design intelligent telephone study platform in general construction and partition each sub-system and function model, choose the most advanced telecom. technology—VOIP technology as the platform support technical, can we achieve the school intelligent telephone study platform through conceive.At present, the function can be realized for movable teaching system as below: Personal communication list management based on Web, provide subscriber suitable linkman for telephone transfer, convenient for voice transfer, movable discuss group based on phone conference can provide subscribers exchange study information whenever and wherever, telephone transfer system suitable for consult, receive student's consulting call even if teacher outside and using hidden mobile phone number.
