Tourism management is a practical professional, so the students must master alot of technical knowledge, but most of these technical knowledge is tacit knowledge.Because tacit knowledge is not the objective existence of, is hard to be passed andmastered, so in order to be able to better grasp the tacit knowledge, the tacitknowledge must be made into explicit. Currently, in the field of education recessiveknowledge, the research about tourism management of tacit knowledge acquisitionand transformation research is less, for the reason that the particularity of theprofessional, it is necessary for the knowledge on recessive and transformation.This paper takes the students who major in tourism management and theiracquirement of tacit knowledge as research object and use tour guide courses ascarrier. Furthermore, uses the competency based education theory to discuss how toimprove the learning ability of tacit knowledge during their course teaching.Theauthor also makes use of the SPSS13.0soft ware for statistical analysis of the finalresults,which shows that some students have problems on masting tacit knowledge,This paper also manages to probe into the problems existing in this area in the aspectof the teachers, the teaching abilities and so on, and finally puts forward the approachand security system of team construction of the teachers.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the preface, which discussesthe research background, research design and research methods.In the second part,issomething knowledge about the basic understanding of knowledge management. Thethird part puts forward the necessity of externalization of tacit knowledge to enhancethe ability of students majoring in tourism management. The fourth part is theconstruction of dominant recessive mode of knowledge. With the general mode oftacit knowledge, then proposes the construction of tacit knowledge elicitation mode inteaching.In the fifth part, is the present situation of tacit knowledge transfer in thecourse of Tourist Guide Business. The sixth part puts forward the tacit knowledge explicit teaching strategies in the teaching process of Tourist Guide Business.The tour guide is a travel activity leader and organizer, the tour guideprofessional ability level height will directly affect the success of a tourism activities.In the current, our country university tourism management is to cultivate students, thetour guide professional skill overall level is low, which can not meet the needs oftourism activities and the reality of the tourism industry. The reason is that,the levelof tour guide professional skills has great relevance with the tacit knowledge of.Therefore, this paper with the purpose of making explicit perspective of tacitknowledge to analyze and solve the problems of the students’ vocational ability, inorder to improve the overall quality of tourism management professional teaching,enhance the guide of professional skills, improve the service level, in order topromote the tourism develop well.
