In recent years, the study on subjective well-being has been a hot question in the psychological theories. Subjective well-being is an important factor of measuring a person's psychological condition and the quality of living, the subjective well-being of kindergarten teachers not only influent their enthusiasm in work, but also effect the extent to which teachers take part in the teaching, and it also influent the teacher s'decision whether stay in the educational post. The teaching motivation directly influent the teaching effect and the psychological condition as a psychological motivity which taking part in the teaching activities. All of them play an important role in kindergarten teachers'teaching activities. But there is no research on subjective well-being and teaching motivation in psychological education field now. The research use kindergarten teachers'teaching motivation questionnaire made by myself to analyze the components of kindergarten teachers'teaching motivation. And using city human subjective well-being scale in China and the kindergarten teachers'teaching motivation questionnaire as tools , the writer discuss the actualities of subjective well-being and teaching motivation and the correlation between them. The study indicates that: (1)The level of kindergarten teachers'subjective well-being is high now in Dalian; (2) Kindergarten teachers'teaching motivation has six components: the favor of the teaching object, the recognition of society, the favor of profession, the recognition of colleague, the attitude of students and parents, the need of life. (3)There is notability correlation between kindergarten teachers'subjective well-being and teaching motivation. (4)Interior motivation of kindergarten teachers is an ultimate variable which can forecast subjective well-being. Improving kindergarten teachers'interior motivation is an important factor of improving subjective well-being.
