Teaching efficacy is the teacher’s perception and belief in his own teaching ability.It is an important internal quality of teacher professional growth and one of the components of teacher professional development.The goal of life is to pursue happiness.The physical and mental state of teachers is an important factor affecting their professional growth.This study explores the relationship between teaching efficacy and subjective well-being to promote the professional level of preschool teachers.Using Diener’s Subjective Well-Being Scale and Revising Chen Mujin’s "Teacher’s Teaching Efficacy" scale as a research tool.The revised "Teacher’s Teaching Efficacy" scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a measurement tool for teachers’ teaching efficacy.The questionnaire includes five dimensions: teacher self-efficacy belief,systematic presentation of activity content,multiple effective activity strategies,establishing harmonious teacher-child relationship,and creating a good class atmosphere.A total of 33 questions were selected,461 preschool teachers were selected for questionnaire survey,and some of the teachers were interviewed in an open manner to provide more detailed answers to the research results and enhance the feasibility of the recommendations.The results show that:(1)the preschool teachers’ teaching efficacy is at a medium level,and the preschool teachers’ scores in the dimensions of teaching efficacy are: systematically presenting the content of the activity,establishing a harmonious teacher-child relationship,multiple effective activity strategies,and creating a good class atmosphere.(2)Preschool teachers’ teaching efficacy has significant differences in teaching age,age,class and salary;(3)preschool teachers’ subjective well-being is at a medium level;(4)Preschool teachers’ subjective well-being has significant differences in teaching age,age,marital status,preparation,and salary.(5)There is a significant relationship between preschool teachers’ teaching efficacy and subjective well-being.Correlation coefficient r=.493(6)Subjective well-being can be significant Predicting the sense of teaching efficacy,the subjective well-being of preschool teachers has a significant impact on teaching efficacy.Based on the above conclusions,this study proposes from the preschool level and the teacher’s own level.For preschools,(1)preschools actively use various ways to provide teachers with various opportunities to promote their professional growth to promote their teaching efficiency;(2)Implement a democratic and open preschoolmanagement system,and pay close attention to teachers’ subjective(3)Create a harmonious preschool atmosphere to enhance the teaching efficiency of preschool teachers.For the advice of preschool teachers,(1)Preschool teachers should carry out teaching reflection and continuous learning in various ways to enhance teaching efficacy;(2)Preschool teachers should pay attention to their own level of well-being,pay attention to mental health and face the characteristics of emotions;(3)Maintain positive and optimistic Mental state,improve happiness and improve work performance.I hope to improve the subjective well-being of preschool teachers and improve their performance in teaching. |
